Arbitrary Image Cloning

چکیده
In this paper, an image cloning method called arbitrary cloning is presented, in which image matting and Poisson image editing techniques are applied. The object boundary is extracted through image matting technique while Poisson equation is solved to achieve natural result for seamless cloning. Compared with existing techniques, the proposed approach gains a great deal of advantages: On the one hand, great performance can be reached even in bad conditions. The method will not be affected even when there are many holes in the foreground image and there is complicated color variation in the foreground and background image. On the other hand, the algorithm is very flexible in application that the α matte can be guided by the user input. The examples show that the proposed approach guarantees better output and diverse result.

We propose the -dimensional scale invariant feature transform ( -SIFT) method for extracting and matching salient features from scalar images of arbitrary dimensionality, and compare this method’s performance to other related features. The proposed features extend the concepts used for 2-D scalar images in the computer vision SIFT technique for extracting and matching distinctive scale invarian...

Religious positions on human cloning are pluralistic in modes of argument and conclusions. Some religious thinkers argue that cloning a human is immoral and propose a ban on human cloning. Some other religious thinkers contend that human cloning could be morally justified under some circumstances. The Roman Catholic Church expressed a vigorous opposition to the procedure and a Vatican editor...
متن کاملHighly asymmetric quantum cloning in arbitrary dimension
We investigate the universal asymmetric cloning of states in a Hilbert space of arbitrary dimension. We derive the class of optimal and fully asymmetric 1→ 3 cloners, which produce three copies, each having a different fidelity. A simple parametric expression for the maximum achievable cloning fidelity triplets is then provided. As a side-product, we also prove the optimality of the 1 → 2 asymm...

متن کاملRobot Motion Vision Pait I: Theory
A direct method called fixation is introduced for solving the general motion vision problem, arbitrary motion relative to an arbitrary environment. This method results in a linear constraint equation which explicitly expresses the rotational velocity in terms of the translational velocity. The combination of this constraint equation with the Brightness-Change Constraint Equation solves the gene...
